Episode 32: Looking Good, Billy Ray! Feeling Good, Louis!

I hope you aren't too stuffed from the Christmas holiday feast, as we have come to the final movie in our holiday series. Tonight we check out the 1983 Eddie Murphy classic, Trading Places. Not to be confused with the TLC reality show, this movie shows why Eddie Murphy movies used to be great to watch. It is really too bad he stopped doing movies after 1995.

No, it is really too bad he stopped doing movies after 1995.

With us tonight is our own Wall Street fat cat burnttoast, drobro, Moe Fwacky, peetsnack, and Decius.

Episode 31: You'll Shoot Your Eye Out, Kid

On tonight's episode of Irresponsible Random Chatter, we continue our Christmas series with the 1983 comedy film A Christmas Story. This films follows little Ralphie in his wholesome family friendly quest to acquire a firearm for Christmas. Thankfully that firearm is only a Red Rider BB gun (with a compass in the stock, and this thing which tells time ).

With us tonight we have the one-eyed burnttoast, Zed the Snowman, peetsnack the holiday mime, our own evil Santa drobro, Decius (the Ghost of Canada Past), and Moe Frosty.

Episode 30: Keep the Change, Ya Filthy Animal!

Merry Christmas to all (or Happy Holidays if you prefer). As the IRC Webcast crew winds down for the holidays, we turn our attention to our favourite Christmas movies. We start our series with Home Alone. This 1990 comedy introduced the world to Macaulay Culkin and managed to make armed robbery fun for the whole family, all in one film.

With us tonight is our own absent minded parent burnttoast, drobro, Moe Fwacky, peetsnack, and myself.

Random Chatter: Drinking, Robots, and the Superiority of Canadian Customs

In this latest installment of Random Chatter, we talk about many, many things, including Dro's fears of an artificial intelligence uprising and Moe's hatred for all things driving, and come to the conclusion that Canadian customs are just about the nicest bunch you'll ever meet. Won't you join us?
